Our Delivery terms

All precious sapphire, ruby & tourmaline are mined through our own mining operations in Madagascar & Sri Lanka since 2009.

Shipping:

  • FREE SHIPPING: our free shipping is worldwide and goes out via ordinary surface postal mail with tracking number (depending on location). It can take anywhere between 5 - 21 days to arrive at your doorstep.
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: we offer expedited shipping in our shopping cart, for every product on offer. Simply add it to the cart and for the 50 usd, it will be shipped by courier with advanced tracking (DHL, FEDEX or UPS). With that shipping method selected, expect the delivery to your doorstep within 2 - 5 days.
