Exchanges & Returns of Precious Gems:
EXCHANGES: For exchanges of a gemstone for another, it's a simple process. All our loose gemstones are eligible for exchange within 7 days upon delivery, even custom handcrafted cut gemstones.
Custom designed Jewelry pieces, however, are exchanged for 70% of the purchase price, to cover the resale and inventorying overhead.

RETURNS: All our gemstones match the product description and photos 100%. We do not edit any of our photos. All gemstones in our shop are eligible for returns within 7 days upon delivery, that does not apply to custom handcrafted cut gemstones or discounted items. Returns are not accepted at our US Office, but only at our Gemstone Cutting Centers in Germany or Asia. The stone has to be in its original condition with the sealed and certified package unopened. The amount returned will be minus the original shipping fee, and you must pay the return shipping.
